| MANAGEMENT |
The Management of the affairs of the Union shall vest in a board of Directors constituted as detailed below;
as per the existing bye-laws of the Union. |

One representative from each Apex society
(classified by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies as Apex Society) |

As per the bye-law of the Union, the following Directors shall be elected from among the delegates of the societies enrolled as members in the Union from the following regions. |

Pondicherry Region |

| b) |
Karaikal (2) , Mahe (1) and Yanam (1) Regions |

From among the individual members |

| The Directors elected shall hold office for a period of three years, commencing
from 1st January and ends with 31st December. At present, the Management is looking after by the Administrator
Mr E. Sarangapani, Deputy Registrar, appointed by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies . |
