| The Pondicherry State Co-operative Union has got a own building situated in the French Quarter of Puducherry, at No.62, Suffren Street, next to Alliance Francaise, and very near to the beach. The building has got the following class rooms: |

| Further the Pondicherry Institute of Co-operative Management rented a three storied building in the heart of Puducherry town at No.30, Anna Salai, (near Sedhu Nursing Home) to conduct its Diploma and Certificate course. The Annex building has got the following class rooms: |

| All the class rooms mentioned above are fully furnished with students chair and table, fan and lighted properly. |

Conference Hall |

| A Conference Hall by size 30’ x 50’ to seat 250 persons fitted with audio visual equipments adds beauty to the Institute’s building. The fully air conditioned hall is suited for conducting seminars, meetings, examinations etc. |

Computer Labs |
|
| The Institute has well-equipped, sophisticated, air-conditioned computer labs one at Main building (62, Suffren Street ) and other at Annex building(30, I Floor, Anna Salai) with 25 latest Pentium IV Processor LG Branded Systems and two servers with LAN in the main building. 21 Intel Pentium Dual Core Processors Wipro Branded systems and One Sever IBM Machine with LAN in the Annex Building. The lab has a variety of electronic gadgets used for giving hands on training to the students, like Laser Printers, Scanners, Digital Copier, LCD Projectors, Document Camera and Web Camera etc., A Digital language Learning Lab with Licensed Renet Software was recently established for enhancing language skills. |

| he library of the Institute contains books in all the subjects. The library aims to tailor services to the needs of the users. Journals, Newspapers and Magazines were also subscribed for the benefit of students at large. |
